Mass Upload

Dear Zen Photo Community,

I am new to Zen Photo and looking for a way to mass upload images.

I know of two ways of mass uploading files:

1) Specify a folder on the server to bulk upload.
2) Upload a zip file.

Way 1 is not possible for me because I cannot grant the administrators of this CMS server access.

Way 2 is limited by PHP to 7MB on my server for security.

Is there any other way to mass upload photos that I can teach my clients (the administrators of the Zenphoto CMS)? They have about 1000 photos to upload.

Zenphoto has two way to upload images and albums:
1) Via the backend (3 different tools available to select at the bottom of the form). Requires naturally a user account with the appraise rights to do so.
2) Upload via FTP directly.
