Upload Images from an URL or URLS

It will be nice as another option for upload images specific an URL or URLS. Something like:

Upload from:
http://www.server.com/image01.jpg
http://www.server.com/image02.jpg

Or like a fusker style

http://www.server.com/image[01-15].jpg

Sorry, I don't exactly understand what the purpose of that would be?

Anyway, feel free to write a plugin for this and provide it to the community.
