Filter for each logged in user

I want to place a page (plugin) for each user to upload their personal profiles eg contacts etc. Which is the appropriate filter please. What i have is only visible to the Admin.

I don't understand. Create user accounts for them and let them login or use the register user plugin to have them self registering.

If you want them to manage specific pages or albums you need to setup accounts for them. See the user guide please.

Ideally, I want every logged in user to have a tab like 'albums' or 'upload' by default.

That does not exist. All you get is on the user tab.
