Removing archive

I could not find any instruction for removing the archive from showing in the index page. The gallery is password protected, however to any user who didn't login still it shows archive which of course contradicts the need to protect albums and photos. Any suggestion? Many thanks!

So are you talking about the archive page or the gallery index? In any case If the gallery is protected (privat) all you should see is a form to log in.
