    Yeah... my vps got taken down by a botnet, I'm working on getting it restored, just a slow process.

    It is the site linked on our extensions section but it is somehow no accessible right now. And I really suggest to remove your mail address unless you like spam..;)

    I'm still looking into what's going on. For instance I can access the site from home/work/mobile, but people are having issues elsewhere. It's got to be a snag in the DNS somewhere that I'm attempting to fix, sorry for the delay.

    howdy, just wondering if zenfbsuite is still being maintained? site seems to have nothing on it, does anyone have a mirror or something? Is micheall still around?

    I have no idea. It''s been some time I read from him over here. The site indeed looks more or less abandoned...

    That's a shame. Since the zenfbsuite is nowhere to be found, I put together a quick and dirty plugin that does comments and likes, where do I post it?

    Probably micheall does show up again, as you can see in this topic he had problems with his server every now and then.

    Yes sadly I've had server issues with the server that was hosting inthemdl.net. Until I move to a new server I've left the project kind of where it was. I was going to wait until I've gotten a new server setup (next month, starving student now, lol) and then update the plugins and new announcement, however if someone else wants to come up with something that's fine as well.

    Good to still be around, though I'm doing less and less photography and more in the audio arts. I'm going to have to figure out how to use zenphoto to take advantage of that, but will take some time for me.

    Also, I will see about maybe moving the code to a googlecode or something like that so even if I have host issues in the future the code will still be available.

    Oh good, i'm not much of a coder and would much rather be using your tried and tested system!
    Any chance you could put the existing files somewhere? Or if you need help with hosting, i might be able to see if my host will let me add another user. Totally understand the starving student thing, so let me know if i can help. No sense letting good work go to waste!

    Micheall, why not use GitHub since Zenphoto itself (development specifially, the site does not go anywhere) is moving to that as well? Regarding audio stuff as you know we have two video/audio player plugins with playlist support. So Zenphoto is absolutely usable for more than just photos!..;-)

    GitHub - Great idea! I'll look at that. I was going to throw it on my backup host, but apparently something is wonky with that and my php is lacking the ability to change permissions. So I can't even install zenphoto on that till I figure that out cause don't want to use 777 perms.

    I'll update once I've moved it to Git and post an update announcement on the zenFBSuite thread.

    Hey all,

    I know I've been kind of out of touch, but was extremely busy with classes this last quarter. I have bad and good news.

    Bad news: With my last set of server issues I lost everything, my site/photos/code etc. Years of photos etc all the zenfbsuite etc, gone.

    Good news: When I moved to that server (it was a budget server as I'm a starving student :P) I had the forsight to backup to amazon S3 server since I had their free tier usage. I had completely forgot about it.

    Finals are wrapping up in the next week, then I'll have some time to dust the code out and make sure it works with the newest versions of ZP which it should. I'm putting the site back online (a good stable server this time) and should have an update out within the next week or two.

    Good to hear! Maybe it would really be an idea to put your stuff additionally on GitHub.

    Yup, that's the plan! Once I go through and verify everything is functioning correctly and remove any old dusty/broken code I'll commit a git and update links for download etc.
