Unpublished Comment by Default

Hi, can i know how to make the comments unpublished by default, or need admin to publish manualy just for comments.

Because if someone write something bad in the comments, it will be read by the visitor.

Sorry, i'm newbie...can someone let me know how to do it?

Go to the comments option tab and set comments to be moderated.
