Setup not appearing after upgrade

I just uploaded the files for an upgrade of my site to the latest version. However, when I go to setup.php, I just get a blank screen.

The site is at www.maybenderart.com

Any suggestions?

The config file could be corrupt. Try deleting it and re-run setup to recreate it. Otherwise please look into your server error logs.
