Utility functions???

What the heck is the "Admin section of the Utility functions"?
I can't find it anywhere. Guys, I know Zenphoto is free but it doesn't mean the UX should be so ugly...

Couldn't you link the statement to actual place in the system?
How can I do something about this alert when the section can't be found???

The utilities are those buttons on the main overview admin page.
