Ampersands in description

I'm getting an &amp in my description where I have an & symbol. Is that an old bug fixed or is that a new bug? I don't think I had that issue before upgrading.... Thanks.

  • Try the nightly build. There were some issues with tinyMCE encoded items. But also be sure that the database does not have the ampersand doublely encoded.
  • Hmm.... that fixed the ampersands but messed up the links. I'm getting stuff like this:

    `All material Copyright © GospelRiver.com. (See terms)`

Normal links are ok-- it's just links with query strings apparently.

If I turn off the tiny MCE plugin, will I loose anything, and would that be a temporary fix for this so users don't see jibberish? Thanks.
  • Update: I figured out a fix to get around the query string, using http://share.gospelriver.com/pages/terms instead, which is probably better anyway.
