Flowplayer and MP4

Just very recently, I seem to be having problems with flowplayer on my site.

I came into ZP because that has never let me down with playing the videos.... but now even ZP is showing the flowplayer circling (loading) graphic.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

FLV's are fine.

Make sure the MP4 is encoded correctly. Flowplayer only plays what Flash supports. It sometimes does not work if you just use non standard video sizes or a wrong codec (remember .mp4 is actually like .flv a container).
