Next photo button only works sporadically

Hi there. I successfully installed Zenphoto, but I'm running into an issue with the Next and Previous buttons. For example, if you check out this gallery:

You see there are 4 photos. If you click on the first to get the enlarged view, there is a next button. You click on it, it works, BUT once it's on the second photo, if you click on Next again, it brings you back to the root of that gallery (back to the 4 thumbnails) rather than bring up the next picture. I have that issue with all the galleries I tried to put up.

Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

Note: to access the root of the galleries, you need to add index.php at the end of the address as I've not modified the .htaccess file yet to enable the galleries since they are not working properly. So, to view all that's there from the start, you need to go to: http://benoitbisson.com/zenphoto/index.php

    It seems to be stray database entries confusing the image array... you should log in to the admin, and on the front page, center column, click the "Refresh" link below the stats. That will garbage-collect the database and should restore things to normal.

    I thought I had fixed this bug recently; can I ask you what version you're using?

    I'm using version 1.0.7. Sorry in the delayed response, I was out of town this past week.

    OK, I tested what you suggested (the refresh) and it works fine now. Guess I'll make it a habit to click on it if the issue crops up again after uploading stuff. Thanks.

    It was after upload? That's worrying... I'll take a look at what the code's doing and see if I can nail down the root of the problem. Until then refresh should always fix it.

    I had the same problem and I'm using the current version of Zp (1.0.8)
    couldn't there be a automatic refresh call on each admin login?

    I am having a similar problem on my slideshow, except the next button skips two slides and the prev button goes forward one. Any ideas?

    This thread is actually not about the slideshow buttons.. The slideshow has been bugfixed in the nightly build. You might want to try that.
