Showing content of Level1 Album on Top Gallery page

Hi!
I'm note sure how to search for this, so i'm sorry if it has been answered.

On the top level i have two Albums. Currently i can only see both albums beside each other, each with it's thumbnail and title.

The way i'd like to have it is to have those albums already unfolded on the top level, below each other. Basically these level 1 Albums would work as divisors or Categories to separate all level 2 Albums into 2 different categories.
basically i would like to have this view:
http://www.joanaalmeida.eu/zenphoto/area-of-interest/
and thise one:
http://www.joanaalmeida.eu/zenphoto/projects
above each other on this page:
http://www.joanaalmeida.eu/zenphoto/

I hope i'm being clear enough...

how can i achieve this?

if it does anything to the issue, i'm using the ZPGallerific theme.

Thank you :)

You will have to modify the theme to include the sublevels directly. First you should read the theming tutorial to learn the basics and then you probably need to look into the object model to achieve what you like.

Ah that sounds like it'll take some time... I had hoped there would have been an easy solution. Too much to do, not enough time. maybe it would have been faster to do this just with simple HTML...

what do you mean with object model?

Thanks! I might look into later, but i definitely don't have time to learn it... I'll try some mix of Zenphoto and HTML. maybe i'll get that finished in time (then again, i don't even have most of the content :P)
