Adding Comments(Effervescence+ )

I have gone through some of the comment issues found in the forum and have also looked at the instructions on how to add comments to the album and image pages of a theme. I still cant get comments to show up on my page.
I have just started PHP, and have been at this for 2 days now; I had to register to inquire what I am doing wrong. Local Server.

    It works now, no idea. But apparently I enabled comments, in the plugin section and it was getting unselected on its own. Even after I selected apply.

    All standard themes support comments out of the box if the comment_form plugin is enabled.

    If it is "unselecting itself" you should look into your server error log for possible errors.
