Warning: include(/home/touca614/public_html/zp-core/index.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/touca614/public_html/index.php on line 28

The error messages says that the required files and folders are not there. Sure you installed Zenphoto in the root of your webspace? You should see this structure:

ZenPhoto is all there and working fine - I installed a file which I named "ZenPhoto" via a setup help on my webhost - into the public_html folder - is this right?

I don't understand: Either it is not working or it works fine? Sorry I don't know what file named "Zenphoto" you are referring to. If you used any install helper to install Zenphoto and it does not work please ask your host or the provider of that install helper. We don't know these.

Recommended and supported way of installation is manually as described here:

    Dear Acrylian -

in ZenPhoto's own recommended installation guide

    http://www.zenphoto.org/news/installation-and-upgrading

it says "4. Navigate to your gallery. Example: if you uploaded in a subfolder named "zenphoto" navigate to www.yoursite.org/zenphoto/"

That is the folder I am referring to The folder containing all the ZenPhoto files in my root folder (public_html). The ZenPhoto app works fine but the rest of the website doesen't.

try loading www.toucanbirding.com It was fine before loading the ZenPhoto app. Again, if there is any issue or I am doing something wrong, please let me know.

    Hope this clears up your

Ok, sorry, I misunderstood because you wrote "file" above and there is no.

If you uploaded the content of the folder "zenphoto" to your web root and there was already a website you will get a conflict naturally. If you want to run a website where Zenphoto is only a part of it you need to install Zenphoto in a folder ("zenphoto" or whatever else e.g be http://www.toucanbirding.com/zenphoto for example). You can have only one website per directorty so either your old site or Zenphoto but not both. Zenphoto runs of course a website of itself.
