Repeatedly getting --- Your Setup scripts are not protected.

Post setup I keep getting the following AFTER I have already run the Setup >> protect scripts option.

Your Setup scripts are not protected.
The Setup environment is not totally secure, you should protect the scripts to thwart hackers. Use the Setup » protect scripts button in the Admin section of the Utility functions.

Any idea how to fix this?

    That overview button would do that. Please review your server error log.
