    Admin -> Admin (tab) -> Users -> click on the user name to see all info.

    yes but I currently no longer have access.... how to make changes directly using phpmyadmin?

    Drop the [prefix]`administrators` table and run setup again.
    You will be asked for a (new) username and password.
