Setting to make album slugs/folder lowercase by default?

When I make a new album and call it "My Stuff" for example, it creates a folder called "My-Stuff" which is the same thing as the url slug. I then have to go and rename it to "my-stuff". Is there a setting I'm missing to make them lowercase by default. If not, what about an option to do so?

Yes, the seo_zenphoto plugin that does this has an option to always request lower case only.
