Let users update their own details (name, email etc.)

Is there a way to allow a standard user (not an admin) to update their own details?

Specifically a way for the user to view and edit their name, email (in case it has change), password (without going through "forgot password"), website and address fields.

When you assign User rights to users, they can login and change their Full name, Email, Challenge phrase/response and Password
More fields are available when the `userAddressFields` plugin is enabled.
They cannot however change their user name (login name)
