users rights for pictures in the same album

in 1 Album with all my Pictures i like to give certains rights to each Picture. One part should be viewable to the public, one part should be viewable only for members and the third part viewable for members and for my Family and the last part viewable only for my family . I do not like to devide this 1 Album in 4 because then my Family has to look into 4 different Albums for the same Happening. Is there a solution for this Problem? Thanks in advance

No, sorry, Zenphoto has no user rights for individual images. There are such only rights for top level albums. More info here:

I was going to ask the same sort of question. Sorry for being a newb however in the blurb I read about Zenphoto one of the features was being able to set viewing rights for each picture. If I have 10 users I want to be able to assing viewing rights for each picture even if it is in the same album as the albums are generic and time based ie a month in a year so all pictures for that month are in there. to create albums for each viewer would be laborious. There must be a better way?

Not sure where you read this but not on our article linked above. You can only directly assign specific user rights per top level album, not individual sub albums or individual images. All possible rights are explained in the link I posted above.

The only other way describe might be to give the users in question "Gallery > view unpublished" rights and unpublish the images normal users should not see.
