uploading image to unpublished album make it published

hello, I have an unpublished album. When I do the upload of an image to this album, the album become published.

How can i prevent it?

I use the image in a page (zenpage) but i don't want to see the album in Gallery. Ok, after upload, I can unpublish the album again by hand...

    Not that I'm aware of.

    If you don't use any standard theme, you might see a double news index in the theme's breadcrumb on news pages because `printZenpageItemsBreadcrumb()` incorporates the news index url now. You have to remove the extra `printNewsIndexURL()` from the `news.php` page then.
