Remove "Resize" bottom right zpBootstrap?

How do I remove the "Resize" tab on the bottom right of every page in zpBootstrap? I don't see that it serves any purpose?

it should be only for the demo site (http://bootstrap.vincentbourganel.fr/), but I forgot to suppress it in the downloadable package.
