403 Forbidden errors - can't access functions documentation

Hi,

I'm trying to update a theme with deprecated functions, but when going to some pages in the online functions documentation I get 403 Forbidden errors and can't access the documentation. Tried in both Safari and Firefox - same result.

Example: http://www.zenphoto.org/documentation/core/_functions.php.html#functionsetupTheme
