Downloading original size photos

I have uploaded all of the photos taken by the students of the yearbook class in my school. I want them to be able to download the full size photos - about 3 mb. When I try to download with the save image as, I only get an 80 kb file. How can they get the full size, original file? I have not yet given them accounts, but I have an account - the admin - and it won't let me download the full sized photo either
