v1.4.12: Gibberish in Comment RSS feed titles.

Should the Comment RSS feed have stuff like:
`a:1:{s:5:"en_US";s:13:"Misc Pictures";}: Healthy Lungs by jamie thompson`

For the comment titles?

Think I might go look at the code and try and clean it up.
