Hello i wish to know what the "paid support" and how to contact the developers and is it possible to get a quote. Thank you

What is not clear about "paid support" actually ? There are links to sites where you can contact the individuals listed. However, on my site for example the contact info might be hard to find if not German speaking. You find it in the footer under "Kontakt". For the others I cannot tell.
