Hello, zenphoto has a lot of fields to write information about the uploaded files. But in the gallery only the description and metadata show. Is there a way to display all the information, like place, copyright, etc in the gallery when the image is clicked?

Yes, but this would require theme customisation. Here are the basics to read first: https://www.zenphoto.org/news/theming-tutorial/
There are no options or so for this since these are basically extra fields that can be used in various ways (actual content, extra check values whatever you might need them for) so there is no "one way" to display them.
