I fear as far as I know there is no easy way if you mean a ready made tool. Zenphoto is filesystem based and generally stores albums (folders) with images and/or sub albums physically within the root /albums folder. As far as I know - I only tried Piwigo briefly years ago - Piwigo does this at least partly as well?

If so you could at least move the albums/images quite easily. However this will not move any data stored in Piwigo's database unless you have the same data stored in the images' metadata. You would have to code a script for that or re-add all that manually.

I was able to FTP the complete folder structure with no problem, thanks for replying, wasn't so much worried about comments and such
