Admin Page Does not reflect theme

I have a new install of zen photo. My selected theme seems to work when I view a my site, but when I log into my admin dash board, the browser shows "un-style" content...links, etc. to various admin functions, with no theme. See below.

    The admin does not reflect the theme in any case, it is always the same regardless.

    How did you install? Non recommended install helper or recommended manual install? I would generally suspect wrong permissions on the zp-core folder but naturally can't know.

    Thank you for the quick reply. I have zen photo set up in a subdomain. First I installed zen photo via Softaculous, but was having issues getting setup to work. So, I deleted all the files and did a manual install. Set up seemed to work better.
