Contact-form plugin

Hello, I activated the contact form plugin, I choosed my options and I implemented the plugin using the code printContactForm() everything looks fine. Not working.
Took another email address, with or without captcha, checked the debug and security logs. Still not working.
What am I doing wrong?
The reaction of the contact form is:
"Fouten bij het verzenden van de e-mails
Stuur nog een bericht."

Did you enable one of the mail handler plugins? sendmail or phpmailer?
