Zenphoto Re-install

I'm trying to re-install zenphoto to the latest version.

The setup begins and gets stuck on Mod_Rewrite check, then eventually goes to a 500 webpage error

    Check your error logs please and as usual also file/folder permissions.

    What dynamic libray exactly? Exact error message?
