Collections Theme-Drop and Drag Feature

I love the Collections Theme--so nice and clean and easy to navigate
Q; for the upload photos- is there a drop and drag feature?

It should be accessible under the Upload -> Images(jQuery) tab when the uploader_jQuery plugin is activated.
