Renaming Tags Problem

I've tried a number of times to rename my tag "Format: small (" to "Format: small (<100mm) b/w photo". Every time, I receive a Tag Renamed confirmation, but the tag hasn't been changed.
Can you help, please?

Please review your logs. But also note that tags are used in the URL directly currently so "<100mm) b/w photo" will look weird.
