Hi, where I find english zenphoto.po file without any translation? Like to translate it to finnish with this https://www.ajexperience.com/po-translator/ it works fine if there is only english msgid and msgstr""

    I have noticed this? But most strings can be transladed automaticly if there would be english.po file with empty msgstr"".
    OK. I take DE file and empty all msgstr strings it is much easier than do all manually.
    Maybe I share Finnish.mo?

    That's indeed the best way to start.

    Yes please, that file is also needed as you can see in the language folders. (and please use lowercase filenames ;-))

    You can generate an "empty" po-file using Poedit (and other tools) by scanning the install yourself. This is also the best way to update your translation.

    Which you should do frequently to keept it current. For example translating 1.5.9 now will be outdated in some places with the next release. So best is to work off the support build (aka 1.6a) already. However the German translation is not current for that yet, too.

    For me it takes few hours to translate it to finnish language. So helpful for me and now I have nice Finnish Zenphoto. Thank you all who helped me?

    Raw Estonian po and mo files? Not 100% cause I don't speak estonian.

    Are those links constantly available? As then we would add entries on our site for them.

    One wish: Please put the po/mo files into an archive like a zip so we can link to it. Even better create a page on our site where users find the downloads we can link to.

    Does that make sense then actually to provide a translation of a language you don't even speak? Such purely automatic translations are often not really reliable (Poedit also offers that and it is often quite unfitting…) Or is Estonian related to Finnish actually?
