Is there a plugin that allows you to use banner ads on your galleries?

Sorry, no. However there are themes like zenji and zpBase that have an option to display a banner. Read the theming tutorial if you want to try to do it yourself.
Even if there was a plugin you would have to choose the place where to display what yourself by modifying the theme. If the plugin would do automatically it may not be the right place. Every theme is different.
