Liberatus Theme on Zenphoto 1.6

I really like the Zenphoto 1.6 with Liberatus theme.

Since it is a separate website with its own URL, in my Drupal content I provide hyperlinks to connect to this album.
Is there any way that I can enter a hyperlink on any album title to make it a hyperlink so that I can refer back to the original Drupal page where it was referred from?
I know that I can set up the link back to the home page of the original Drupal home page.

    You will have to edit/modify the theme to add a link to album title. You can learn the basics of theming here: https://www.zenphoto.org/news/theming-tutorial/
