Help with css, comment box at bottom of page

I don't know too much about css, so I would appreciate if someone could tell me how to fix this problem.

My comment box is way at the bottom of the page with a huge space in between the photo and comments.

I have the same problem with the page navigation being at the bottom.

Forgot to mention I am using zenphoto 1.06 with chili-light theme
