Auto rotate 1.4.3.2

Where is the option "auto rotate" i can't find it?
Why thumbnail is wrong orientated, after click on thumbnail, the image is wrong orientated but if i click on it and i view the image in browser is correctly orientated.

The Auto rotate option has been removed in 1.4.3.

Ok. thank you. and why the rotating options is disabled in my default theme?
i need to modify the degree... how can i make it?
