Getting Malware files on my host

Hi, I have several times now got malware files on my host, this is from zenphoto. Exchanges passwords and deleted files several times. Have host from one.com and they close the page automatically when malware is there, which means I have to contact them and I have to manually delete these files.

Can anyone help me, what should I do to avoid this problem?

Sorry about that. Besides you did not provide much info for us to help what malware actually and how it might got in (it can be a server permissions issue as well, a hack on your computer etc).
