Can I install Zenphoto without to use .htaccess file?
my 'fournisseur' not allow me to use the rewrite mode.
another question:
I can only use chmod 755, is it ok for the upload?

I deleted .htaccess
and configured server_path and web_path (config.php)

You should just need to disable the option "mod_rewrite" in the config file (set it to false).
