Photo problem

Hello,

I'm a new user of Zen photo.
I tryed few times to install it and add a new photo on my website.
But every time, the photo doesn't appear.
I try few thinks like changing permisions of files, changing profiles, using chrome vs explorer, but nothing change.
I can't see any photo.
