Latest photo & list of sites

I would appreciate answers to the following questions:

1) So far I have seen photo blogs that show thumbnails of different albums. Is it possible to show the latest photo only? Like this link, which I achieved with folderblog (which is great, but support is dwindling over there): http://nadyne.moved.in

2) Can we have a sticky/post showing everyone's photo blog (whoever who chooses to post), so newcomers like me have an idea of the possibilities of zenphoto?

1) This functionality does not exist in the current release of ZenPhoto, but may be included in future version/or via plugins.
