download boutton and smarthone for newbe

hello,
First of all, thank you for this great gallery.
I use it with the skeleton theme as intranet allows for a sharing of my family photos.
I have a problem in function with smartphones download (apple and android tested).
when click download button, there is a script error page (apple) or download the image incomplete (android).
can you help me about this?

    We probably could be of more help if you did provide some details. Like, for instance, the real name of the theme, for instance. And certainly the error message of the script error.

    He refers apparently to the zpSkeleton theme which is third party. So as always we have to recommend to try an official theme.
