Thumbnails not showing up with IIS

I have installed zenphoto (the latest version) with IIS on a Windows Home Server. After some time fiddling with the config I finally got it running with php and mysql. However the thumbnails are not showing up. I have read two similar posts with thumbnails not working, but they were on a linux platform so I dont know how to solve this.

I am not seeing any thumbnails in the admin gui. When I try to pre-cache the images the server works hard for a while but doesn't write anything in the cache directory.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

    Probably the permission are not set the right way. I don't know anything about IIS servers but you could take a look here http://www.zenphoto.org/2007/12/troubleshooting-zenphoto/ first. Maybe a solution is already included there?

    Thanks for fast reply, I found out what was wrong with the permissions. You have to give the user account IUSR_<computername> write permission for the cache directory. Now the thumbnails are working, one step closer to having a new shiny gallery!
