Ordering of Thumbs using numerical filename

Hi there,

I'm new to this forum and would like to thank everyone for all of the hard work put in to Zenphoto - it's great!

I've tried to order the thumbs in an album using numerical filenames, but they will not sort properly. I've tried ascending and descending, and they seem to sort randomly. They are sorting now in this order on the page (the numbers are the filenames):

4 2
5 3
6 1

I'd like them to sort like this (or the reverse is fine, as long as they load in sequential order):

6 5
4 3
2 1

Does anyone know how to number the files to get them to load sequentially?

You can just wait until the new release is dropped, which will do sorting for you without having to munge your filenames.

Thanks for the reply Luckyspin! I just upgraded to the new 1.0b version, and it sorts albums great, but does not sort the order of the thumbs. It looks like I'll have to munge filenames for now after all. Exactly what is this filenaming convention that has to be used? How do you name your files to get them in the proper order?

Sorry - I found the sort area for the images. For integration into a website, this really is the most flexible gallery I've found yet. Thanks for the great work!
