Want to know the themes of the these galleries

Hello. First time in zenphoto. I saw these galleries http://www.mikekey.com/photos/ http://gdodinet.free.fr/zen/ from showcase and I’m very impressed. So I want to ask you:
1)What is the theme?
2)Is it difficult to manage it?
3)Does it use a lot of cpu and memory of a shared server? (not the theme but this kind of previewing photos)
4)Can I manulay upload the thumbnail and the original photo, so the zenphoto doesn’t do it automatically and use many resources of the server.

The first one is mine. And I just wrote over top the default theme and used highslide and used the random image feature from Effervescence. I designed it to go along with my website.

The second theme, would also appear to be the default theme in the light color.
