Change date format (french format)

Hi all !
First, thank you very much for this software.
Someone can tell me how can i change de date format to have it in a french format.
To have "31 Décembre 2007" instead of "December 31st, 2007".
i've foud a topic about that (http://www.zenphoto.org/support/topic.php?id=1869&replies=8#post-10865) but i think it's about an older version of ZenPhoto.

Generally that should still work for this version. But I haven't tried.
