upgrade error

hello,
got this error after upgrading.

Warning: main(zen/template-functions.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/user/public_html/photos/index.php on line 2 etc etc

My main dir went from zen to zp-core. Is that the issue?

uh duh...nevermind, I looked at the wrong index at first, now I see it.
