Images are overwritten automatically

Dear sir,

If i upload some new image with the same image name, the images are overwritten autommatically. I want an option where the images will be renamed automatically when the images are of the same name. Kindly help me

Of course they are overwritten, just like on your computer. For feature suggestions please create a ticket for that on the trac and we will add it to our feature poll.

Meanwhile you have to rename you images before uploading or upload them into another album (there are plenty tools out there that can rename or renumber files).
