Add URL to image description

Is there a way to add a URL to the image info? I would like to add a specific box where a URL can be entered by the admin to link to a site that the photo pertains to. Make sense?

You can enter the html tag ``within the image or album description field.

Thanks. I kind of figured that but I wanted to provide an option for a non-html savvy user.
