404 upon opening an album

Install went fine. I create an album, put a few files in it (first file was through the gui, second and third i just copied to the folder).

Perhaps you can see my problem here: www.ninjasown.com/zenphoto

Basically my album shows no thumb, and when i open it, i get a 404 =\
What does this mean?
